Victory Sign Co. (VSC) is a company who makes custom graphics for our customers. Even though it may appear that we have a mass produced product, the graphics are made for customers as ordered. Due to the nature of our business, VSC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. VSC will determine whether we accept a return or exchange by case review. The following FAQ's will inform you of VSC return/exchange policy and process. How do I request a return or exchange case review? Customers with requests for returns and exchanges are required to Email us at info@victorysignco.net. Fill the subject heading with "Return/Exchange Request." Customers must include name, the item number, and the sales receipt number. You must also state why you want to return or exchange your item. What happens after I have sent my Return/Exchange Request? Victory Sign Co. will review your request and determine if they will return or exchange your purchase. You will be issued a RMA number via Email if we decide to accept your return/exchange. In some cases Victory Sign Co. may request customer to provide more proof in the form of a photos or written testimony. If customer fails to provide such proof in 30 days from request, the request will be considered forfeit. The claim will result in VSC automatic refusal of customers return/exchange. Can I just send you my return/exchange without consent? VSC will not accept any returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Packages sent without an RMA will be returned shipped COD. I have been issued a RMA number, how do I ship my package back? You can ship your package to Returns @ Victory Sign Co., 550 Kitrina Ave. Suite 3 Tipp City OH 45371. You can use UPS, United States Postal Service, or FedEx Air/Ground. Please be sure to put the RMA number on the outside of the package. Failing to include RMA on package will result in the package being returned shipped back to you COD. Why did Victory Sign Co. refuse my return/exhange? Here are a couple reasons why VSC may have refused your return/exhange. A. The graphics that VSC created for you at your request were found to be acceptable and were created as specified by customer. B. Special Orders of graphics or created in special colors are not re-sell able. They only have value to the customer whom ordered the custom graphic. We hope that you will understand why we have such policies. We are trying to provide you better service and a reasonable cost. Unnecessary returns and exchanges increases our cost of doing business which ultimately is passed on to increased costs to the consumer.
